Rene Wise runs the Pressure label and draws on percussion heritage from his Iranian drummer father to layer sparse, driving techno across multiple decks. Releases on Mote Evolver and Blueprint and residencies at Berghain and Eerste Communie have made him a fixture of contemporary underground techno.
