Scratchclart, also known as Scratcha DVA, is a London DJ, producer and sound designer linked to pirate radio, Hyperdub and UK club music. State OFFF is a Zimbabwe-born, Amsterdam-based artist; together they connect grime, gqom, funk, amapiano and bass pressure.
